If at all possible, we request images to be taken of your package when you receive it before opening and images while opening to ensure our shipping partners are held accountable for transit processes and procedures.

We offer a 30-day period from time of receipt to contact Mother's Creations for return authorization. Item must be in condition in which it was originally sent. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs, unless specified. Funds related to shipping costs and sales tax will not be refunded. Replacement or exchange items are shipped free of charge to purchaser.
