Domestic (USA) orders will be shipped via USPS Priority within 1-3 business days once payment is received in full. Domestic transit times are typically 3-5 business days and are subject to change without notice by United States Postal Service. We now ship to Canada! Canadian orders will be shipped via USPS Priority International within 1-3 business days once payment is received in full. Canadian transit times are typically 6-10 business days and are subject to change without notice by United States Postal Service. Any inquiries regarding this info should be directed to us promptly.

***NOTE TO CANADIAN RESIDENTS***
Please be aware - in some cases - purchasers residing in Canada have been required to pay an additional fee to obtain their shipment from Customs. This fee is not applied by Mother's Creations LLC and is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please verify local fees and Customs costs.

Declaration of Heritage
All products on website are native made by owner, who is an Alaska native tribal member of the Village of Hooper Bay. Legal and verifiable documentation to this effect can be requested by contacting us here.
Limited Warranty / Declaration of Handmade Status

Items sold by Mother's Creations are handmade in nature and may exhibit small flaws and imperfections, which is normal. Additionally, items made of sterling silver have the capacity to tarnish (or oxidize) and the process is completely normal for silver. If major flaws or imperfections exist with your purchase, please contact us. To resolve the issue are expediently as possible, we may request information and/or images regarding the nature of the issue. We may also request images of the packaging before returning the product to Mother's Creations. If at all possible, we request images to be taken of your package when you receive it before opening and images while opening to ensure our shipping partners are held accountable for transit processes and procedures.

​Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day period from time of receipt to contact Mother's Creations for return authorization. Item must be in condition in which it was originally sent. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs, unless specified. Funds related to shipping costs and sales tax will not be refunded. Replacement or exchange items are shipped free of charge to purchaser.
Terms and Conditions
Shipping damages may occur, and is the recipient's responsibility to notify Mother's Creations regarding any damage incurred during transport of your purchase. Please refer to the Limited Warranty / Declaration of Handmade Status policy for more information or contact us.

All prices herein reflect United States currency (USD - $) and all conversion rate info is the sole responsibility of the buyer to verify before purchasing. This policy remains in effect for purchases through any and all Mother's Creations entities.

Custom items are not offered at this time. Once available, custom jewelry requires a payment in full during promotional events and deals (such as - but not limited to: buy one/get one, discounts, sales not requiring coupon codes). All clearance sales are final but will retain Warranties as declared under the Warranty/Declaration of Handmade Status accordingly.
