Items sold by Mother's Creations are handmade in nature and may exhibit small flaws and imperfections, which is normal. If major flaws or imperfections exist with your purchase, please contact us. To resolve the issue are expediently as possible, we may request information and/or images regarding the nature of the issue. We may also request images of the packaging before returning the product to Mother's Creations. If at all possible, we request images to be taken of your package when you receive it before opening and images while opening to ensure our shipping partners are held accountable for transit processes and procedures.

We offer a 30-day period from time of receipt to contact Mother's Creations for return authorization. Item must be in condition in which it was originally sent. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs, unless specified. Funds related to shipping costs and sales tax will not be refunded. Replacement or exchange items are shipped free of charge to purchaser.
